B) DISCUSS RESPONSIBILITY OF SALTING SIDEWALKS ON BUILDINGS OPENING <br /> EARLIER THAN NORMAL HOURS — Mr. Humphrey stated that there was a slip and fall <br /> at the Plaza Building at 6:00 a.m. . He stated that he did not know that they opened that <br /> early and now that they know they will have someone there to address the sidewalks if <br /> necessary. He can schedule staff to be there when needed. It is the responsibility of <br /> his department. <br /> Lancaster stated she appreciates that he keeps the board informed and that he will <br /> make sure the buildings are covered. <br /> Lanfear stated he appreciates that the request from Mr. See are being handled in <br /> house. <br /> Lancaster stated that Jane and Janet O'Malley held a conference call regarding the <br /> application for the tax credits. The potential is good for funding and the fact that the <br /> Courthouse is already on the registry of historic buildings. The building and grounds <br /> staff has assisted and Steve Riehle has also helped. The application has to be <br /> submitted by January 4, 2016 <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chairman Arnold called for new or unfinished <br /> business and Ms. Richardson stated that the application for the federal building was <br /> sent in and there may be more work to be done.
