<br />hereby adopted as the code of the County of Hall, Nebraska, for
<br />regulating the design, construction, quality of materials,
<br />
<br />erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation,
<br />
<br />replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of any plumbing
<br />systems in the County of Hall, Nebraska. Said code on file with
<br />the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska/is hereby adopted and
<br />made a part hereof as if fully set out in this resolution except as
<br />
<br />modified, to wit: that subsections (e) and (f) of section 1215 be
<br />
<br />deleted from said standard code.

<br />3. That the "Uniform Building Code, 1991 edition" published
<br />by the International Conference of Building Officials be and is
<br />hereby adopted as the code of the County of Hall for regulating the
<br />
<br />erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving,
<br />
<br />removal, demolition, conversation, occupancy, equipment, use,
<br />
<br />height, area and maintenance of all buildings or structures in the
<br />County of Hall, Nebraska. Said code on file with the County Clerk
<br />of Hall County, NebraskaJ is are hereby adopted and made a part
<br />hereof as if fully set out in this resolution.
<br />4. That the "Uniform Sign Code, 1991 edition" published by
<br />the International Conference of Building Officials be and is hereby
<br />adopted as the code of the County of Hall, Nebrask~for regulating
<br />the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair,
<br />moving, removal, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of
<br />
<br />all signs and sign construction attached to buildings in the County
<br />of Hall, Nebraska. Said code on file with the County Clerk of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska is hereby adopted and made a part hereof as if
<br />fully set out in this resolution.
<br />5. That Resolution #1313 establishing the fees for issuance
<br />of building and occupancy permits shall remain unaffected by this
<br />resolution.
<br />
<br />6. That that portion of Resolution #1234 adopting the Uniform
<br />Electrical Code - 1990 edition shall remain in effect; all other
<br />portions of said resolution are hereby repealed.
<br />7. That violation of said codes shall be enforced as provided
<br />
<br />by law.
<br />8. That three copies of said standard codes shall be filed
<br />for use and examination by the public in the office of the County
<br />Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska.
