<br />9J< r-, 3St6 <br /> <br />s <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION/~~~ <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is <br />desirous of obtaining additional property for highway <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />improvement purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has <br /> <br />successfully negotiated with Esther D. & Wilbur R. Beck <br /> <br />for the sale by him of certain real estate <br /> <br />to be described in the following; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is <br /> <br />empowered by the Constitution and laws of the State of <br /> <br />Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement <br /> <br />purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD <br /> <br />OF SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on <br /> <br />behalf of Hall County, grantee, a warranty deed from <br /> <br />Esther D. & Wilbur R.
