<br />Discussicn In the proposed amendments to CWA contracts in regard to disability
<br />leave and p.rental leave. Attorney Janulewicz stressed the need to adopt the
<br />proposals and to proceed as soon as possible.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie to approve the disability leave and
<br />to authorize chairman to sign, subject to the corrections to be made by Deputy
<br />County Attorney Janulewicz. On roll call vote Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, Frauen voted no. Motion carried on six
<br />yes, one no vote.

<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director spoke in regard to purchase of right of way
<br />for bridge on north side of Ordnance Plant, 2 miles west of the northwest
<br />corner. Two resolutions were presented.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie to adopt Resolution #1441 and #1442
<br />as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
