basis for regulations —Mr. Valentino stated that Brian Dikes an associate of Scott Bergthold a <br /> leading attorney on adult establishments and the regulations of adult establishments that are <br /> sexually oriented was contacted by phone regarding the negative secondary effects of adult <br /> establishments he reviewed case law and submitted packets to the board regarding this <br /> information and copies included in the official record. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Purdy seconded to submit the proposed amendment to the zoning <br /> Resolution No. 04-0020 to the Planning Commission for it study and recommendations and <br /> approve Resolution #15-049 a resolution amending provision of the zoning resolution of Hall <br /> County, Nebraska regulating adult establishments. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lanfear seconded to publish a proposed public nudity ordinance wit <br /> notice of a public hearing to be held regarding such proposal on September 22, 2015 at 10:30 <br /> a.m. and approve Resolution #15-050 a resolution of the Hall County Board of Supervisors <br /> adopting a public nudity ordinance and publish the same. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 4 <br />
