DISCUSS AND APPROVE THE REGULAR AND BI WEEKLY PAY CLAIMS — <br /> The public defender received another claim from Heath Port and has requested that the county <br /> board deny this claim they did not request the copies that they were billed for. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Purdy seconded to deny the claim from Health Port in the amount <br /> of $48.04 because the copies were not requested. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Purdy made a motion and Richardson seconded to approve the bi weekly pay claims and the <br /> regular claims. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted <br /> yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT— Stacey Ruzicka stated she did not have a report. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS — Chairman Arnold called for board <br /> member's reports and no one responded. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Lanfear seconded to reconvene the executive session regarding <br /> the pending litigation. .
