Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />bank. <br /> <br />ADOPTED THIS <br /> <br />Official Bond was presented for William Dibbern Weed Control Authority Board <br />member. <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Wright to approve bond for William Dibbern <br />Weed Board member. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ellen Merrill, Board Assistant presented the Emergency Action Plan <br />new Building & Grounds Department building. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept <br />for the Building & Grounds Department building. On <br />Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br />the Emergency Action Plan <br />roll call vote Abernethy, <br />voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Discussion on setting date and time to receive bids for new Head Start Van. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to set October 6, 1992 at 10:00 A.M. to <br />receive and open bids for Head Start Van. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Discussion on claims audited today. Since no claim had been submitted with <br />the repair bill for bookmobile, requested Library Agreement be referred to <br />County Attorney for review as to who is responsible for repairs on bookmobile <br />and maybe a new agreement needs to be prepared since this one is outdated. <br />Discussed the claim for Hall County Sheriff Department $2264.36 for fees & <br />commissions. Determinted to hold until after next week's meeting with auditors <br />for explaination. <br /> <br />Claim for Mary Lanning Hospital for EPC patients $2160.00 be held until after <br />Region III meeting on Friday, September 18th since two patients had been billed <br />at rate of $315.00 per day instead of previous $300.00 per day. <br />Claim for Grand Island Radiology and Radiology Partnership were discussed. <br />One patients was Boulder Colorado resident for $23.00 and $459.00 these claims <br />be held until check out the Boulder Colorado billing. <br /> <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to authorize payment of claims as audited <br />except those listed above which are held for futher information. On roll call <br />vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />(1) Copy of letter from Ginger Ware, Grand Island to Dan Hostler Public Works <br />Department in regard to extension of South Locust Street to Highway 80 <br /> <br />(2) Memo from Nelson Helm, Planning Director absent from office on Friday <br />September 11th. <br /> <br />(3) Copy of letter from John Brownell, Attorney to Clerk of District Court <br />in regard to recent meeting with County Board Members in regard to Mental <br />Health Board <br /> <br />(4) Letter from Senator Chris Beutler in reply to Board members letter in <br />regard to interest in LB216. <br />
