<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director reported on bids for asphalt projects
<br />opened this morning in making tabulation of bids, County Clerk had read one
<br />figure in error and correct bid for Gary Smith was $137,557.38
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to recind the motion made this
<br />morning on accepting bid for $135,389.38 On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept, low bid from Gary Smith
<br />Construction Co for $137,557.38 and authorize chairman to sign contact

<br />Four resolutions and deeds were presented for purchase of right of way for
<br />road project located in Sections 14 & 15, Township 12, range 9 Hall County
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to adopt resolutions #1421, #1422,
<br />#1423 and #1424 as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, state of Nebraska, is

<br />empowered by the Constitution and laws of the State of

<br />Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement

<br />purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate.
