<br />Emergency Action Plan for the Weed Control Building was presented
<br />to the board. This plans covers tornado warning procedure, fire
<br />procedure, bomb threat procedure, closing of facility due to severe
<br />winter weather procedure, closing of facility due to operational
<br />problems, flood procedure and hazardous materials procedure. Motion
<br />was made by Abernethy, seconded by Frauen to approve and authorize
<br />Chairman to sign. On roll call Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Motion made by Hartman, second by Frauen to have this appointment
<br />advertised in the Wood River Sunbeam, Doniphan Herald, Cairo Record,
<br />and the GI Independent once a week for two weeks with all interested
<br />parties notifying the county by the 28th of September. On roll

<br />Use Permits to Nelson Helm, Regional Planning Commission for notification
