<br />'7;?~_. ;<7/ -3 <br /> <br />~Attorney Mark Young spoke in regard to the Ramada Inn tax issue and the bank- <br />~ruptcy case-and answered questions from the County Board members. <br /> <br />\" <br />Attorneys Janulewicz and Young spoke in regard to the Mary Lanning Hospital <br />claims submitted and denied payment by Board Members at last week's meeting. <br />Janulewicz had issued opinion and bills submitted over 90 days past services <br />should be denied payment but feel those submitted wi thing the 90 days should <br />be paid to protect the EPC services. Recommends putting on agenda for next <br />week and notify Mary Lanning Hospital the claims ar~ being reconsidered for <br />payment. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to place on agenda for next week and <br />notify Mary Lanning Hospital the claims that were billed within 90 days, will <br />be reconsidered. On roll call vote Abernethy Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to set Sep!:ember 8th at 9: 30 A.M. on <br />County Board agenda for meeting with Mental Health Board Members, County Attorney <br />Public Defender and Clerk of District Court to discuss the EPC patient hearings. <br />On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis <br />voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Janulewicz spoke in regard to the GIS project and sale of copies. <br />He stated City of Grand Island passed ordinance setting the schedule for sale <br />of copies for the GIS program, and he has prepared a resolution for County <br />Board with same fees. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution #1419 as present- <br />ed for GIS copy fees. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO: Jtj /1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has <br />established the following fees for aerial photos provided by <br />the Hall County Public Works Department and the Hall County <br />Assessor's Office. <br /> <br />IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br />The following fees are hereby established for the sale of <br />aerial photos, effective September I, 1992: <br /> <br />1. Hall County, Grand Island City Utilities, and Grand <br />Island Public Works Department, permitted to make all copies <br />needed with each agency standing their own paper costs. <br /> <br />2. Prints of all other departments of City and Hall <br />County, and other non-profit organizations such as churches <br />and service clubs, at regular print price of $O.25/s.f. <br /> <br />3.
