Th~ uses au~~rized by this resolution shall be subject to any <br />limitati~ns, c~nditions, ~d re~trictions set forth in the County Zoning <br />Resolution which are not mconslStent with the provisions set forth herein. <br /> <br />8. All liquid and solid waste, rubbish and debris must be completely <br />cleared from the above described real estate as soon as practical and said <br />real estate must, at all times, be kept in a clean and neat condition as to <br />be presentable to the general public. <br /> <br />9. No substances shall be placed or stored upon the real estate in such a <br />way as to create an unreasonable hazard or nuisance to adjacent <br />landowners or to the general public. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />10. No uses under the Conditional Use Permit shall result in air, water, or <br />groundwater pollution which creates an unreasonable hazard or nuisance <br />to the adjacent landowners or to the general public. <br /> <br />11. The term of the Conditional Use Permit shall be for a period of five (5) <br />years beginning the date hereof, but may be terminated if permittee fails <br />to comply with any of the conditions, restrictions and obligations set forth <br />herein. The Hall County Board of Supervisors shall notify the permittee <br />in writing setting forth the specific area of noncompliance. If the <br />permittee fails to take reasonable action to comply with the notice of <br />noncompliance and correct any or all violations within 30 days after <br />receiving said notice, the Hall County Board of Supervisors shall hold a <br />hearing to consider the revocation and termination of the Conditional Use <br />Permit by a majority vote. <br /> <br />12. Nothing in this grant of Conditional Use Permit shall be construed as <br />a grant of right, authority or permit to allow any use of land, materials or <br />methods which violate any state or federal law or rule or regulation of a <br />federal, state or local agency other than as specifically set forth herein. <br />The permittee shall be required, as a condition of this permit, to comply <br />with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations including, but not <br />limited to, those pertaining to water quality, flood control and protection, <br />and environmental quality and protection. <br /> <br />13.
