<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee,

<br />Section 29, Township 12 North, Range 9 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall

<br />Referring to the Southeast Corner of said Quarter Section; thence westerly a
<br />distance of 168.89 feet along the South Line of said Quarter Section to the point
<br />of beginning; thence westerly deflecting 000 degrees, 00 minutes, 00 seconds, a
<br />distance of 150.00 feet along said Line; thence northerly deflecting 090 degrees,
<br />05 minutes, 43 seconds right, a distance of 233.00 feet; thence easterly
<br />deflecting 089 degrees, 54 minutes, 17 seconds right, a distance of 150.00 feet;
<br />thence southerly deflecting 090 degrees, 05 minutes, 43 seconds right, a distance
<br />of 233.00 feet to a point on the South Line of said Quarter Section to the point

<br />Quitclaim Deed was pre~ented to convey title to old Lake Shed site on-Hwy------
<br />281 from Hall County to State of Nebraska tract of land in pt of NEl/4
<br />32-12-9.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to authorize chairman to sign quit-
<br />claim deed for old Lake shed site. On roll call vote Frauen, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no, with,Ab~f~ethy absent. .

<br />Motion carried.

<br />Meeting was recessed at 11:55 A.M. for lunch, to return to session at 1:30 P.M.
<br />
<br />Returned to regular session at 1:30 P.M. with all Board Members present except
<br />Abernethy.
<br />
<br />Sheriff Emmett Arnett was present.
<br />Resolution was presented in regard to placing to prohibit stopping, standing,
<br />and parking of vehicles upon certain roads in vicinity of Husker Harvest Days
<br />site from September 10, 1992 until September 21, 1992.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to adopt Resolution #1414 as pre-
<br />sented. On roll call vote Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis
<br />voted yes, none voted no, with Abernethv absent. Motion carried.

<br />WHEREAS, on the days of September 15, 16, and 17, 1992, Husker Harvest
<br />Days will be held at the South edge of the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant; and
