<br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, JUNE 16, 1992

<br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at,9:00 A:M: from adjourned session
<br />and by published call with Chairperson Land1s pres1d1ng.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richar~ Frauen, Richard Hartman,
<br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and B1ll Wright. None were absent.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Abernethy.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />Minutes of June 9th meeting were accepted as received. On roll call vote
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt,Wright and Landis voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz was present. He reported the Federal
<br />and State Public Transportation Agreement need~ some aQditional agreements
<br />before the County Board accepts and he is work1ng on obtaining those. ,
<br />He resented resolution in regard to vacat1~g countr road ,located 1n
<br />part of ~ine Bridge Road in NWhSWh 20-l0-~ on wh1ch pub11c hear1ng was held
<br />May 19 1992 at County Board regular meet1ng.

<br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, at its
<br />regular meeting on May 19, 1992, held a public hearing to consider the vacation of
<br />the county roadway lying along and upon the following described real property, to-
<br />wit:
<br />
<br />Plat of a tract of land comprising a part ot-Nine Bridge Road situated in the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4 SW1/4) of Section Twenty
<br />(20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot One (1), Krug Subdivision; thence
<br />northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot One (1), also being the
<br />southwesterly right-of-way line of Nine Bridge Road, a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Seventy Five and Sixty Five Hundredths (275.65) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 90 degrees 00' and running northeasterly, a distance of Forty
<br />Five (45.0) feet to the northeasterly right-of-way line of Nine Bridge Road;
<br />thence deflecting right 90 degrees 00' and running southeasterly along the
<br />northeasterly right-of-way line of Nine Bridge Road, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Twenty Three and Thirty Two Hundredths (323.32) feet to the
<br />northerly right-of-way line of Highway 1-80; thence deflecting right 136'
<br />degrees 39' and running northwesterly along said 1-80 right-of-way line, a
<br />distance of Sixty Five and Fifty Five Hundredths (65.55) feet to the place of
<br />beginning and containing 0.309 acres more or less; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the representative of an adjacent property owner spoke in favor
<br />
<br />of vacation and no one appeared to speak in opposition of vacation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, that vacation of the public roadway and right-of-way lying
<br />along and upon the above described real property is in the public good and the same
<br />is hereby vacated with the title to the said right-of-way reverting to the owner of
<br />the adjoining real estate located westerly of the above described tract, said adjoining
<br />real estate being known as Lot One (1) Krug Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
