9. Nothing in the grant of this Conditional Use Permit shall be construed as a grant of <br /> right, authority or permit to allow any use of land, materials or methods which violate any state or <br /> federal law, or rule or regulation of any federal, state or local agency other than as specifically set <br /> forth herein. The Applicant/Permittee shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal <br /> laws or regulations including, but not limited to, those pertaining to water quality, flood control <br /> and protection, and environmental quality and protection. <br /> 10. The rights granted by this Permit of Conditional Use shall not be assignable or <br /> transferable, and shall not run with the land.
