The permit is issued to Mr. Ruda personally. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Lanfear seconded to approve the Resolution #15- 0029 for the <br /> conditional use permit for Mid-American Truck Wash out as prepared by County Attorney Jack <br /> Zitterkopf. <br /> Mr. Quandt objected to Chairman Arnold making the motion and stated that he should step <br /> down as chair to do so. <br /> This will be limited to livestock waste only and the liability is assumed as per law. Chairman <br /> Arnold called for discussion and no one responded. Arnold and Lancaster voted yes and <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted no.
