Discussion was held to <br /> accept sealed bids and set the bid opening for June 2, 2015 <br /> And refer them to the committee to come back with a recommendation on June 16, 2015 <br /> Quandt asked if the items have been declared surplus. This is the process that was used in the <br /> past to dispose of the equipment. There is a current list filed with the clerk. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Lancaster seconded to declare these items as surplus as per the <br /> list with the county clerk, and accept sealed bids June 2, 2015 at 10:15 a.m. and award the bids <br /> June 16, 2015. <br /> Discussion was held. <br /> Schuppan amended his motion and Lancaster seconded to accept bids until May 29, 2015 <br /> authorize Mr. Drudik to open the bids and submit a report and authorize him to dispose of the <br /> items. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 12 EXECUTIVE SESSION PERFORMANCE EVALUATION- Lanfear made a motion and <br /> Richardson seconded to go into executive session. Chairman Arnold stated that there are 2 <br /> reasons for an executive session to prevent needless harm or injury to an individual or to protect <br /> the public interest. This is a performance evaluation. . Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 12:00 p.m. executive session <br /> 12:03 p.m. Schuppan made a motion and Purdy seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Arnold stated that no other subjects were discussed, no votes were taken and no action was <br /> taken.
