BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT—Stacey Ruzicka reminded the board members of the <br /> audit committee meeting and reviewed the other scheduled meetings. Richardson reported that <br /> the Stuhr Museum was changed to the 27th <br /> 20. AUDIT COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO RENAME COUNTY BOARD ASSISTANT <br /> POSITION TO EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO COUNTY BOARD —Arnold stated that through the <br /> salary survey there were comparisons of the board assistant job description. Stacey does more <br /> and they would like to rename the position. <br /> Lancaster questioned if that would affect the salary and Arnold stated that the salary was fine. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Richardson seconded to rename the job description to executive <br /> assistant to the county board. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 21 DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING MAKING RECORDING OF COUNTY <br /> BOARD MEETINGS AVAILABLE ON THE COUNTY WEBSITE - Quandt stated that he would <br /> like to see the county board videos put on the county web site. Stacey stated that they only <br /> collect 37 cents for the cost of the copies of the meetings and would continue to do so if <br /> requested. <br /> Doug Drudik explained the process that they can use and this would make it available to view <br /> but they could not download a copy. If they wanted to do that they would have to find a different <br /> host and there would be a monthly fee for that. <br /> Lancaster noted that the copies would still be available for the 37 cent fee. This would create <br /> more access to the public and it is a great idea. <br /> Richardson stated it is a great idea and there is a time line on the bottom that also can be used. <br /> Discussion was held that they may want to look at better cameras. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Richardson seconded to move forward with the county board <br /> meetings on the website and to continue to make copies if requested. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 22 DISCUSS &APPROVE AMENDMENT TO SWANSON SERVICE CONTRACT COBRA <br /> CASHIER CONTRACT ADDENDUM & COBRA BOOKING CASHIER AGREEMENT <br /> REGARDING KIOSKS - Fred Ruiz was present and this was discussed at the corrections <br /> steering meeting and at the last board meeting. This is for the new kiosks, they will install <br /> additional units and this extends the contract for 3 years. <br /> 8 <br />
