RESOLUTION#015-r)v 4 Resolution amending the Hall County Budget WHEREAS, due to unforeseen circumstances there are additional expenses to be incurred in the Sick/Vacation Liability Fund that could not have been reasonably anticipated at the time the County budget for the current year was adopted and WHEREAS, Hall County held a public hearing on February 24, 2015 in compliance with State Statute Section 13-511 for the purposes of amending the Hall County Budget. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that: County General Fund—Miscellaneous budget- line item 2-9900 be reduced in the amount of$65,000 County General Fund—Transfer budget—line item 7-0205 be increased in the amount of$65,000 Sick/Vacation Liability Fund—line item 1-0600 be increased in the amount of$20,000 Sick/Vacation Liability Fund--line item 1-0700 be increased in the amount of$36,800 Sick/Vacation Liability Fund— line item 1-0910 be increased in the amount of$3,850 Sick/Vacation Liability Fund—line item 1-1000 be increased in the amount of$4,350 The Hall County Clerk and other county officials are hereby authorized to take such action as necessary in order to implement this resolution.
