COUNTY ATTORNEY - County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf stated he did not have any items. <br /> 19 SET BID OPENING FOR DEMOLITION OF HOUSE &ALL ABOVE GRAD STRUCTURES <br /> LOCATED ON 2 CITY LOTS AT 115 & 119 SOUTH SYCAMORE STREETS FOR MARCH 24, <br /> 2015 9:30 A.M. BIDS DUE MARCH 23 AT 5:00 P.M. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Lanfear seconded to set the bid opening for March 24, 2015 at <br /> 9:30 a.m. with the bids due March 23, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 23 .EXECUTIVE SESSION — PERFORMANCE EVALUATION — Lanfear made a motion and <br /> Richardson seconded to go into executive session. This executive session is to prevent <br /> needless harm or injury to an individual. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9:42 a.m. executive session <br /> 9:47 a.m. Lancaster made a motion and Purdy seconded to go out of executive session. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Chairman Arnold stated that no other subjects were discussed no action was taken and no <br /> votes were made. <br /> Purdy made a motion and Schuppan seconded to present the evaluation to the employee. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9.9:45 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR MIKE DOBESH/ DOBESH FARMS FOR A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT FOR THE SALE OF LIQUID FERTILIZER AND OCCASIONAL STORAGE OF <br /> HERBICIDES FOR RETAIL SALE LOCATED AT 11038 W. SCHIMMER DR. WOOD RIVER, <br /> NE - Lancaster made a motion and Schuppan seconded to open the public hearing. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Zoning Director Loran Humphrey showed the board members pictures of the site. Mr. Dobesh has <br /> applied with all state regulations and with the EPA rules. There are spill proof barriers. It is a clean site <br /> Mike Dobesh stated there are fuel tanks and fertilizer tanks that are placed between the buildings to <br /> protect them from the wind. There are also security cameras on the site with an infrared beam and if <br /> someone enters the site he is notified on his cell phone <br /> Mr. Humphrey recommended approving the conditional use permit, located at 11038 W Schimmer Drive. <br /> Lancaster stated that the security he has is awesome security. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Richardson seconded to close the public hearing. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 10 APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MIKE DOBESH/DOBESH FARMS <br /> —Schuppan made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve Resolution#15-006 for the conditional <br /> use permit for Mike Dobesh at 11038 West Schimmer Drive. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 3 <br />
