Bankcard for $205.11, 14120552 to Century Link for $2,356.20 and 14120553 to Nebraska <br /> Health & Human Services for$1,523.00. These were received late but needed to be paid. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS —Chainman McFarland called for committee <br /> or board member's reports. No reports. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT— Board Assistant Stacy Ruzicka reminded the board <br /> members of the EDC meeting on Wednesday. She also noted that she received the real estate <br /> tax statement for the recent properties that were purchased and unless it is used for a public <br /> purpose the county has to pay the taxes. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS —The board presented Stacy with a card of thanks. <br /> Vice Chairman Pamela Lancaster presented Mr. McFarland with a plaque for serving as <br /> Chairman to the Hall County Board for 2014. She also presented a certificate and a pen set to <br /> Dave Ziola and Bob McFarland for their service as Hall County Supervisors. <br /> Mr. Quandt noted that the taxes did go up even though the county rate was lower some of the <br /> changes were because of the school tax rates and increased valuation. <br /> Ms. Lancaster noted that County Attorney Mark Young is one of the finalists for the District <br /> Judge position and the decision should come in 3 weeks. <br /> Chairman McFarland called for new or unfinished business and no one responded. <br /> Meeting adjourned.
