19c DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE QUOTES FOR AIR- <br /> CONDITION/HEATING UNIT FOR COUNTY OFFICE BUILDING — Mr. Humphrey stated he <br /> had quotes for this from Midwest Heating &Air, Jerry's sheet Metal and Island Indoor Climate. <br /> Island Indoor Climate is a new firm and they submitted the low bid. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to accept the low bid from Island Indoor Climate. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> McFarland was absent. <br /> Ms. Lancaster stated that items 19 d, e, f, g and h will be discussed by the small committee and <br /> they will come back with a recommendation. <br /> Mr. Purdy stated that there was information from Mid-American Benefits regarding the <br /> transitional insurance fees discussion was held and this will go to the insurance committee and <br /> be addressed. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS —Vice Chairman Lancaster called for new or unfinished <br /> business and no one responded.
