National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards. In the event of a conflict, the Hall <br /> County Zoning Resolution, applicable federal and state law and regulations, and <br /> applicable American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards shall govern and <br /> control over Applicants application. Upon completion of construction of a tower and <br /> prior to the commencement of use, an engineers certification that the tower is <br /> structurally sound and in conformance with all of the aforementioned applicable <br /> regulatory standards shall be filed with the Building Department. <br /> 6. Co-location of Antennas. The tower shall be designed and constructed so as to <br /> permit co-location of additional antennas as are technologically and logistically feasible. <br /> 7. Co-location of Emergency Service Antennas. The Applicant shall permit <br /> co-location of County emergency service antennas as provided in the County Zoning Resolution. <br /> 8. Setback. The tower shall meet applicable setbacks as provided in the County <br /> Zoning Resolution and as directed by the County Zoning Director. <br /> 9. Lighting. The tower shall not be artificially lighted unless required by the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration. <br /> 10. Security. The tower shall be enclosed within a security fence or other structure <br /> designed to preclude unauthorized access or shall be designed and constructed in a <br /> manner which will preclude to the extent practical, unauthorized climbing of said <br /> structure. <br /> 11. Signs. Except as required by state or federal law or regulations, no signs shall be <br /> allowed on any antenna or tower. <br /> 12. Inspection. The County reserves the right to conduct an inspection of towers, <br /> antenna support structures, telecommunications facilities and antennas upon reasonable <br />
