RESOLUTION# <br /> SETTING&ESTABLISHING A MAXIMUM LAWFUL SPEED OF 35 MPH <br /> FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ON ELM ISLAND ROAD <br /> FROM THE US HIGHWAY 34/281 FRONTAGE ROAD EAST TO 9 BRIDGE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, a Traffic Engineering Speed Zone study was conducted by the Hall County <br /> Engineer and, as a result of said survey, a maximum lawful speed of 35 miles per hour is recommended <br /> for vehicular traffic upon Elm Island Road from the US Highway 34/281 frontage road east to 9 Bridge <br /> Road in Hall County,Nebraska; <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered that the maximum lawful speed upon Elm <br /> Island Road from the US Highway 34/281 frontage road east to 9 Bridge Road in Hall County Nebraska, <br /> shall be set and established at 35 miles per hour, and that in accordance herewith, personnel of the Hall <br /> County Public Works Department, Hall County, Nebraska, are directed to post appropriate speed limit <br /> signs to this effect forthwith. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor 0,1A l y.60- <br /> 4 <br /> Seconded by Supervisor OA ' 1C no <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12th DAY OF AUGUST, 2014. <br /> Vote: <br /> Scott Arnold For y ; Against_; Abstained ;Not Present <br /> Pamela E.
