They are working <br /> on the repairs then we have more rain. <br /> Lancaster stated that the board has received information from DHHS regarding processing <br /> claims for county assistance. Many counties have been processing these claims for a long <br /> time. Mr. Shuda has expressed interest that he could process these claims. There will be a <br /> meeting in Fremont and Jack and Mr. Shuda and several board members will be attending. <br /> Mr. Purdy stated he had Dan Douglas look at the courthouse annex to see if it would work for <br /> the proposed day reporting center for the probation office and it appears there would be enough <br /> space to accommodate them. Sue Gugel has been working with the facilities committee <br /> regarding the necessary space. <br /> Lancaster expressed concern that the county has not had any input regarding the joint City <br /> County Health Board meeting and this needs to be addressed. <br /> Mr. Quandt questioned how man6y people will need for have office space for the day reporting <br /> center. The shift from state to local government continues to grow. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT—Stacey Ruzicka board assistant reminded the board <br /> member of the board of equalization meetings and the budget meetings.
