RESOLUTION#14- Q 3c") <br /> A RESOLUTION TO RENEW A PERMIT FOR THE CONDITIONAL USE OF PART OF <br /> THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF (S 1/2 S 1/2) OF <br /> SECTION SIXTEEN (16),TOWNSHIP TEN(10) NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN(11) <br /> WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless, NE, and Thelen Brothers of Wood River, Nebraska, have <br /> made their application to renew a conditional use permit, which permit was previously granted <br /> pursuant to Resolution#04-0003 of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, and renewed pursuant to <br /> Resolution#09-015 of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, for the conditional use of the following <br /> described real estate for the erection, operation and maintenance of a monopole communications <br /> tower having a height of 180 feet and an antenna support structure, all upon the following described <br /> property, to-wit: <br /> PART OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTH ONE-HALF (S 1/2 S 1/2) OF <br /> SECTION SIXTEEN(16), TOWNSHIP TEN(10)NORTH,RANGE ELEVEN(11)WEST OF THE <br /> 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing regarding said application was held on the 3rd day of June, <br /> 2014, after due and proper notice of same being afforded the public; and <br /> WHEREAS, the said property is located within the AG-1 Agricultural Zoning District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is empowered under the Hall County <br /> Zoning Resolution to grant a permit for the conditional use of the real estate for development and <br /> maintenance of a monopole communications tower within the AG-1 Agricultural Zoning District. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for renewal of the permit for <br /> the conditional use of the above-described real estate for the above-stated uses should be and hereby <br /> is approved for an additional period of five (5) years from and after January 13, 2014, subject to the <br /> same terms and conditions as provided for in the original Resolution#04-003. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor -} e cr.ku .c -) <br /> Seconded by Supervisor y -Pi.r • <br /> Vote: l <br /> Supervisor Arnold: For ; Against ; Abstained_; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Lancaster: For v; Against ; Abstained _; Not Present, . <br /> Supervisor McFarland: For ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Purdy: For ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Quandt: For ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Schuppan: For , Against ; Abstained ; Not Present . <br /> Supervisor Ziola: For ; Against_ ; Abstained ; Not Present <br />
