Janulewicz stated he would reV1ew the statutes and research <br /> <br />the question. <br /> <br />9:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING on Hall County's one and six year road ,program. <br />Affidavit of publication was read as published-in Grand Island Da1ly Independent. <br />Dan Hostler Public Works Director spoke briefly. He stated County Board <br />members had received copies of the program and he had reviewed the projects with <br />them. <br />Norm Weakland and three other res.idents were present. Weakland questioned <br />the airport road whidh petition had ~een ~re~ented p~eviously. <br />. Hostler stated the complete proJect 1S 1n the S1X year road program but <br />np funds are ..ava~l_a}>,le at, thi s ,time.. ' <br />Letter from Reg10nal Plann1ngD1rector Nelson Helm was read. The Regional <br />Planning Commission had a public hearing on the program at. their April 1, 1992 <br />.meeting and commission members had review the proposed program. The Regional <br />Planning Commission recommended the program for Hall County be approved with <br />minor corrections. <br />No other public comments were made during the hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to accept the proposed one and six year <br />road program as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution #1366 was presented and read. <br />Motion by Hartman, ~econded by Frauen to adopt Resolution #1366 as presented. <br />On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis <br />voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br /># /3~~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are certain roadways and public thoroughfares, <br />bridges and appurtenances thereto, within the County of Hall, State of <br />Nebraska, that are in need of and should be improved by re-surfacing, <br />repair and in other ways consistent with good maintenance practices, and <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for the implementation of long range <br />planning to facilitate more economical and more uniform upgrading and <br />improvement of the County roadway and highway system, and <br />WHEREAS, such planning has heretofore been accomplished on the <br />basis of both a one-year plan and a six-year plan, such plans being so <br />designated respectively, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the County Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />for the County of Hall, State of Nebraska approve the one~year plan~ and <br />the six-year plan which are attached hereto, subject to revisions as <br /> <br />from time to time may become necessary because of facts, information or <br />
