Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to tentatively accept the budget request for Handibus services for 1992-1993 budget year. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. N '. Izola Sargent also reported they have applied for a replacement bus, Hall County's share to be 30% of total cost, which will be $12,150.00 however bus is not expected until at least April 1993 fiscal year. Board members discussed the placing of some funding in 1992-1993 budget for county's share of bus. Will consider at time 1992-1993 budget is prepared. . Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Frauen to adopt Resolution #1359 as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. /359 COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHEREAS, There are federal funds available under the Federal Transit Act. and for Nebraska Public Transportation Act Funds, and WHEREAS, Hall County desires to apply for said funds to be used to provide transportation in Hall County with special emphasis on meeting the needs of the elderly and handicapped of Hall County. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby instruct the Hall County Clerk to apply for the above mentioned funds.
