<br />0<..- <br /> <br />tJ?;:--7~ <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION II /357 <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Attorney has established the attached <br /> <br />guidelines and procedures to implement a diversion program for certain <br /> <br />offenders charged with Driving During Suspension, marked Exhibit A and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference;' and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Driving During Suspension Diversion Program will offer an <br /> <br />alternative to traditional criminal justice and/or juvenile justice <br /> <br />proceeding; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> <br />that they concur with the establishment and implementation of the Hall <br /> <br />County Attorney's Driving During Suspension Diversion Program forthwith, as <br /> <br />provided by Neb. Rev. On <br />call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted <br />none voted no, with Hartman absent.
