Ad had been placed in Grand <br />Island Daily Independent on January 29, 30, and 31, 1992. <br />Applications received were from Donald D. Mehring, 1605 Ando, Grand <br />Island and Jim McCord, 724 West 11th, Grand Island. <br /> <br />Discussion on the appointment and" how to proceed. <br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Quandt to conduct interviews for the two <br />applicants at 9:30 A.M. on February 18, 1992. On roll call vote Aber- <br />nethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none <br />voted no.
