(7) Regional Planning notice of Public Hearing to be held at meeting Wednesday, February 5, 1992 to consider the requested change of land use district from Transitional Agriculture Zone to Low Density Residential Zone for property located between George Park and West- :ridge School from North Road to Independence Avenue. A single family housing development with all municipal services is proposed. County of Hall is property owner adjacent to. or within 300 feet of the pro- posed zone change. The Public Works Committee recommends that the Hall County Board of Supervisors accept the bid from Wayne Lemburg for the amount of $19,934.00 to furnish and install fence at the Weed Building and Lake Shed Maintenance Building. The Public Works Committee also recommends that the Hall County Board of Supervisors accept the bid from Nebraska Tractor & Equipment Co. for the amount of $82,408.00 to furnish 1 -1992 Dresser 850 VHP Motor Grader with the trade- in of 1 -1970 Caterpillar 120 Motor Grader.
