<br />Supervisor Wright arrived during the discussion bf the County Treasurer's
<br />settlement report.
<br />
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Frauen to receive and place on file the County
<br />Treasurer's settlement report. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Claim was presented by County Clerk for payment to Preferred Mail $10,000.00
<br />for postage.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to approve payment of claim for
<br />Preferred Mail for postage. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Public Works Director Dan Hostler presented the Second Quarterly report for
<br />Highway Department. Board members to review the report and take action on
<br />the report next week.
<br />
<br />Discussion on township roads. Hostler had received request to maintain road
<br />but since 3..s township road and have no township officials needed Board Members
<br />recommendation. Board Members will look at road location on the annual road
<br />tour.

<br />Motion by Frauen; seconded by Abernethy to receive and place on file the County
<br />Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy,
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no.
