<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to authorize Chairman to
<br />sign Title Sheet for project RS-20BO(1) On roll call vote Abernethy
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted
<br />no. Motion carried.

<br />Hostler requested a letter be' sent to change Project RS-2080(1) from a com-
<br />plete grading, box culvert, R-O-'W and surfacing project to a Surfacing Project
<br />onlv.

<br />authorize Chairman to sign the letter requesting ,change. On roll call vote
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Discussion on the Emergency Action plan for County Office Building(County
<br />Attorney office location). Ellen Merrill, Board ,Assistant explained the
<br />changes made.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to accept and authorize chairman
<br />to sign the Emergency Action Plan for County Office Building. On roll call
<br />vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis vot~d yes,
<br />none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Discussion on changes for the janitorial Service specifications.
<br />The following committee report was read.

<br />On January 13, 1992, the Hall County Building and Grounds
<br />Committee recommended:

<br />1) Looking seriously at a new telephone system for the Hall
<br />County Office Building and the Administration Building in
<br />the next budget year.
<br />
<br />2) Allowing the Family Violence'Coalition to use the vacant
<br />office space on the lower level of the Courthouse.
<br />
<br />3) When advertising for bids for janitorial service in the
<br />Administration Building, Courthouse, and Social Services
<br />Building, that bidders be allowed to submit bids for all
