<br />Discussed the one stop shopping for motor vehicle department with the County
<br />Assessor, County Clerk and County Treasurer. County Assessor and County
<br />Treasurer reported on information they had obtained and'we already have one
<br />stop shopping and felt board members were looking for one window stop which
<br />cannot be implemented at this time. Board members decided was not feasible
<br />at this time and will put into study the suggestions made today-and look at
<br />before next budget year.

<br />Deputy Attorney Janulewicz returned to meeting and made report on his findings
<br />from statute and phone call in regard to District Court case in regard to,the
<br />liquor license application from AIda Lounge Inc.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Stelk "the County Board take no action on
<br />AIda Loungse Inc., li~uor lic7nse and manager application requests. Abernethy,
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Landls, Leslle and Stelk voted yes, Quandt voted no. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />
<br />The results of county office renovation survey was placed on agenda for later
<br />date. Each board member~has copy of the survey results to study.
<br />
<br />Chairman recessed the meeting at 11:55 a.m. and to return to session at 1:30p.m.
<br />
<br />Returned to regular session at 1:30 p.m. with all board members present.

<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Stelk to accept and place on file the County
<br />County office reports as presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. '
