<br />Gary Kelsch, Jason Gary Co., presented proposal to Hall County Board in
<br />regard to financial assistance to bring a new industry to Hall County. He
<br />presented written information to each board member. He requested $60,000.00
<br />financial assistance from County to set up qffice and forming corporations.
<br />Following a 15 minute presentation and discussion, Motion by Stelk, seconded
<br />by Landis to refer Mr Kelsch -to .~he Industrial Foundation to make his
<br />presentation to them. Hartman, Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, Aber-
<br />nethy and Leslie voted no, with Frauen absent. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Chairman recessed the meeting at 11:50 a.m. to return to' regular session
<br />at 1:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />Returned to regular session at 1:30 p.m with all County Board members present.
<br />
<br />Discussion on appointment for Clerk of District Court vacancy.
<br />
<br />Motion by Leslie,. seconded by Landis to recess for Executive Session to
<br />discuss personnel in Clerk of District Court appointment and report_on a
<br />grievance procedure held recently. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Martin of the Nebraska Crime Commission. Keep on file in County Clerk's
<br />Office for 90 days for review by County Board, the County Attorney,
<br />judges and other interested citizens.
