Chairman requested county inventories be placed on <br />agenda for next week's board meeting. <br /> <br />Clarence Gosda, spoke in regard to water problems in 600 block East Stolley <br />Park Road (across from Plate subdivision area) He requested information <br />as to how to get the problem solved. Is on Board meeting agenda for next <br />week and plans to have CPNRD representative, Dan Hostler, County Public <br />Works Director and some farmers and property owners at the meeting. <br /> <br />11:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING: Of intention to issue development Revenue Bonds <br />on the proposal of Hospital Authority~u. 1 of Hall County Nebraska, not to <br />exceed $lr550,000. for purpose of purchasing, constructing or otherwise <br />acquiring residential ancillary care facility consisting of 3.7 acres of <br />land, located Faidley Avenue and Alpha Street, Grand Island and buildings for <br />34,700 square feet will constitute a 24 unit residential multi-story building. <br />suitable for use of the elderly. <br />Affidavit of publication was presented as published in Grand- Island <br />Daily Independent on Monday, November 22, 1993. <br />Present were Bartholomew Votava, President of Essex Corporation and <br />Carolyn Loschen who explained the information on the construction of build- <br />ing and presented drawing of the proposed facility. The first phase of 24 <br />units planned to be started in December 1993 and will be total of 36 units <br />when fully complete. <br />No one from the audience spoke opposing the issuance of development <br />revenue bonds as requested. <br /> <br />Public Hearing was closed at 11:25. <br /> <br />Resolution was presented for consideration and read by the County Clerk. <br /> <br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution #1529 as presented. <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none <br />voted no.
