<br />COMMITTEE REPORTS:
<br />
<br />Abernethy reported on Courthouse renovation Committee meeting and presented
<br />the following written committee recommendation.
<br />
<br />The Courthouse Renovation Committee recommends the Hall
<br />County Board of Supervisors authorize Deputy County Attorney
<br />Jerry Janulewicz to prepare bids to hire a consultant to
<br />help develop a long-range plan for all County buildings with
<br />an emphasis on the first floor of the courthouse.

<br />Committee memper Quandt did not agree with the recommendation and voiced
<br />his objections. Supervisor Landis agreed with Quandt.
<br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Abernethy to accept the committee recommend-
<br />ation as presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie and Stelk voted
<br />yes, Landis and Quandt voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Recessed at 10:30 a.m. for Board of Equalization and returned to regular
<br />session at 11:34 a.m.
<br />
<br />Final Plat for Rainbow Lake Second Subdivision, located on the south side
<br />of Bass Road approximately 1/4 mile east of Blaine Street was presented.
<br />Nelson Helm, Regional Planning Director was present and explained the
<br />subdivision agreement and location. Written letter was received stating
<br />the Regional Planning Commission recommended the board approve the final
<br />plat as submitted.

<br />mitted and authorize chairman to sign.

<br />COMMITTEE REPORTS:
<br />Stelk reported on committee meeting with District Judges, in regard to the
<br />law library and also Mental Health Board fees are to be lowered from $75.00
<br />to $65.00 Stelk reported the Senior Citizen Industries Board meeting is
<br />tomorrow and also Convention & Visitor's Bureau meeting.

<br />Landis~:r~po.tted..the Reuse Committee meeting is tomorrow at 2: 00 p.m.
<br />
<br />Quandt spoke in regard to the Old City Hall Building. Need to have County
<br />Building Inspector look at the building.
