On Husker Highway from its intersection with BOth Road to the intersection of Husker Highway and Schauppsville Road a distance of approximately two miles. 2. Motion by Leslie, seconded by Frauen to approve and authorize chairman to sign the Supplemental agreement #1. Frauen, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Ste1k voted yes, Hartman voted no, with Abernethy absent. Motion carried. Resolution was presented from State of Nebraska Department of Roads in regard to Federal Aid Project No. BRS-2255(1) bid letting of August 12, 1993 awarding contract to The Diamond Engineering Company, Grand Island for $132,781.80 Motion by Hartman, seconded by Ste1k to adopt Resolution #1511 as presented. Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes,none voted no, with Abernethy absent. Motion carried.
