Copy of letter from State Attorney General to Hall County Attorney in <br />reply to letter of August 9, 1193 requesting opinion dealing with County <br />Employees Retirement Act. <br /> <br />3. Letter from Hall County Assessor advising Darlene Moffett, employee in <br />County Assessor's office has been classified as full time employee as <br />of August 1, 1993. <br /> <br />Recessed for Board of Equalization at 2:37 p.m. and returned to regular session <br />at 2:47 p.m. <br /> <br />County Assessor Jan Pelland requested appproval from County Board to use funds <br />from Misc General computerization line to buy hardware, software and maintenance <br />for AS/400 thru her office at estimated cost of $6900.00 She had received <br />several options but she recommends purchasing the 5 terminals and 1 printer with <br />on site maintenance. <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to authorize County Assessor to <br />proceed with request to use funds from Miscellaneous general computerization <br />funds. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, Landis <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS: <br />4. Letter from Scott Sailors, NACO, Lincoln in regard to changes to the <br />integrated Solid Waste Management Act. <br /> <br />5. Report from College Park at Grand Island on gall County Extension Service's <br />allocable share of janitorial/maintenance and utility expenses $1438.10 <br />thru July 23, 1993 <br /> <br />6. Copy of Letter from Hall County Attorney to McDermott & Miller PC. in <br />regard to Stuhr Museum tax levy not excluded from property taxes. <br /> <br />7.
