<br />WlffiREAS, it appears that said taxes are owed by persons who have removed from
<br />this County, or have passed away and left no property out of which taxes can be
<br />~aid, or for some cause it is impossible to collect such taxes.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, in regular session, that Doris Mason, County Treasurer, be, and
<br />the same hereby is, authorized and directed to strike from the tax list records
<br />in her office all unco11ect~b~e personal propert~ taxes which have been on her
<br />recorda prior to July 1, 19~, which are 19_~ uncollectible personal property

<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to reschedule the 1993-1994 Hall
<br />County Budget Public Hearing for August 31, 1993 at 11:00 a.m. Abernethy,
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and' Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
