County Tre~surer to proceed update c:9E1E~t_~T- system_!~ Leslie, Quandt,-and Stelk Stelk was excused from the meeting at 4:40 p.m. Public Works Director reported on bids accepted earlier today. recommends accepting low bid of JIL Asphalt for total of all projects $456,620.32 Motin by Hartman, seconded by Leslie to accept recommendation and accept low bid of JIL Asphalt_$456,620.32 and authorize chairman to sign contracts when they are ready. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Quandt voted yes, none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried. Ellen Merrill, County Board Assistant report: Retirement party for Jean Drawbaugh, Monday May 24, 1993 at 3:00 p.m. at Weed Control Office, (2) Need to hold interviews for Museum Board, Housing Authority Board and Health Depart- ment board positions. Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to approve payment of Mary Lanning Hospital $1515.00 for EPC patient billings. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Quandt voted yes, none voted no, with Stelk absent. Motion carried.
