<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to authorize chairman to sign the right
<br />of way certificate as presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, ,Leslie,
<br />~ Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Letter from Nebraska Liquor Control Commission was presented for decision by
<br />board members as to the request for deletion from licensed premise of Vanos-
<br />dall Softball Fields, Inc, 200 E Highway 34, Grand Island in connection with
<br />liquor license.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen, no objections to the request for
<br />deletion from the premises and notify Liquor Control Commission of action.
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, Abernethy abstain-
<br />ed. Motion carried on 6 yes and I abstained vote.

<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Hartman to adopt Resolution #1483 with State
<br />Bank of Cairo for additional collateral. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />: Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
