Motion by Leslie, seconded by Frauen to rescind ,motion of February 16th meeting) and pay the security guard salaries from line item 5..;0250 in Mis- cellaneous general budget. Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,-Quandt, and Ste1k voted yes, none voted no, with Abernethy absent. Motion carried.
