Register of Deeds, Documentary Stamp Tax fees for February $2347.71 Recording fees collected for February $7675.00 Photo fees collected for February $ 123.00 Clerk of District Court, fees collected for February $2351.60 County Clerk, fees collected for February $11,966.10 COMMUNICATIONS: 1. State of Nebraska Department of Roads, Project Agreement costs estimate for Project #STP-2080(1) Wood River Southwest 5.0270 miles. 2. COMMITTEE REPORTS: Frauen reported he attended the Merit Commission testing, the Bookmobile Committee will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. in County Board room and the pre- liminary budget review for Health Department Committee is set for this Friday at noon at Health Department offices. Landis reported on audit committee meeting held Monday, March 22nd. Leslie reported on Region III Governing Board meeting he attended for Abernethy. Landis reported Criminal Justice Planning Committee met on Monday, March 22nd in regard to looking in contracting with law firm for conflict of interest cases. Landis and Board Assistant will work on notice to newspaper to receive input from attorneys in the area. Hartman reported settled the sleeptime law suit for Region III, Mid Nebraska Retardation for $50,000. Stelk reported she attended part of Criminal Justice Committee meeting, also attended the Culturefest held at Walnut Junior High. Quandt reported he attended the Industrial Foundation meeting, Senior Citizens Industries meeting, the Central District County Officials meeting in Kearney last week and Margaret Landis was elected Vice President of the group for year. Will attend Midland Area on Aging Meeting Thursday afternoon in Hastings. Hartman reported he is to participate in the Leadership Tomorrow Group meeting on April 8, 1993.
