Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />Stelk reported she plans to attend Senior Citizens Industries meeting and also <br />Visitors Bureau meeting later this week. She had also made tour of buildings <br />served by the new janitorial services. She stated the new security system <br />in courthouse guard stated 350 to 400 people go thru system each day. <br /> <br />Leslie reported Krause r06finghad made repairs on courthouse roof and with <br />last heavy snow was no leaking. <br /> <br />Hartman stated the ceiling tiles in offices needs to be repaired. He will <br />tell Ken Bly to get ahold of Rick Stepanek and see what can be worked out to <br />get them cleaned. <br /> <br />Quandt reported he attended Industrial Foundation Meeting, Waste Management <br />meeting, Weed Authority meeting this past week and will attend Senior Citizens <br />Industries meeting Wednesday night. <br /> <br />Ellen Merrill, County Board Assistant report (1) Jack Mills response to county <br />hiring a lobbyist for legislation sessions (2) Vision Mart in regard to dis- <br />count for county employees(she to have Deputy County Attorney review materials <br />before a decision will be made) 3. update report on flooding in Hall County <br />area (4) Nebraska Equal Opportunity meetings will be held in County Board <br />meeting room this Wednesday and Thursday.
