<br />Deputy County Attorney Jaunlewicz presented resolution authorizing a condi-
<br />tional use permit request held at public hearing March 2, 1993.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to adopt Resolution #1469 as
<br />presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes,
<br />none voted no, with Landis absent. Motion carried.

<br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONDITIONAL USE OF LOT ONE (1) ON
<br />ISLAND IN SECTION TEN (10), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST
<br />OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Charles Encinger, doing business as Electronics Services,
<br />
<br />hereinafter referred to as "applicant", is the lessee of the following described
<br />
<br />property, to wit:
<br />
<br />LOT ONE (1) ON ISLAND IN SECTION TEN (10), TOWNSHIP TEN (10), NORTH,
<br />RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, applicant has filed a written application for the conditional use
<br />
<br />of the above described property for the erection and maintenance of a radio
<br />
<br />communications tower not to exceed four hundred feet (400') in height and for
<br />
<br />the erection of a building not to exceed three hundred sixty square feet (360')
<br />
<br />total floor space; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on said application was held by the Hall County
<br />
<br />Board of Supervisors on March 2, 1993, following due and proper notice of said
<br />
<br />application and hearing; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the aforesaid use is consistent with the intent of the agricultural
<br />
<br />district within which the aforesaid property is located.

<br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the application for conditional use of the above-
<br />
<br />described property for the above-stated uses be and is hereby approved subject
<br />
<br />to the following conditions.
