<br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, MARCH 9, 1993

<br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned session
<br />and by published call with Chairman Gary Quandt presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman,
<br />Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Tammie Stelk. Absent was Margaret Landis.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Abernethy.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />
<br />Minutes of March 2nd Meeting.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to amend minutes on discussion on
<br />county court budget to read: "The need to set up a committee to look into
<br />receiving bids from law firms for court appointed counsel in conflict cases"
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted
<br />no, with Landis absent. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to accept minutes as received and
<br />amended. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes,
<br />none voted no, with Landis absent. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Renewal application for amusement license for Mid-Continent Race Track Inc
<br />Doniphan, Nebraska was presented for consideration, for one year.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Leslie to approve the renewal of amuse-
<br />ment license for Mid Continent Race Track Inc for 1 year. Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Landis
<br />absent. Motion carried.

<br />Renewal application for amusement license for Vanosdall Softball Fields Inc,
<br />204 E Hwy 34, Grand Island was presented for consideration for one year.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Stelk to approve the renewal of amusement
<br />license for Vanosdall Softball Fields Inc for 1 year. Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Landis
<br />absent. Motion carried.

<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept and place on file the County
<br />Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts aspresented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Landis absent. Motion
<br />carried.
