<br />Letter was read from Beth" Holthusen, Region III Program Administrator in
<br />regard to Letter of Agreement to eliminate the quota system for emgergency
<br />protective custody services.
<br />Discussion followed:"and board members fe!lt needed more information before
<br />approving the agreement.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to delay action until representative
<br />from Region III comes to board meeting and explain: the program changes.
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Dan Hostler reported the :Howard County Board members wish to go on the tour of
<br />the McElroy property when Hall County Board sets the date for tour, he will
<br />notify them. No date was set today.
<br />
<br />Official bonds were presented for appointment of JUdy Buhr as Clerk and
<br />Trent Allen Kleier as Chairman for Doniphan Township Board.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to approve the appointments and
<br />approve the bonds as presented for Doniphan Township Clerk and Chairman.
<br />Abernethy~, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,Quandt and Stelk voted yes none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to accept and approve tax correction
