<br />9'3 ~- ~ 1;- <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, JANUARY 26, 1993 <br /> <br />~ <br />i! <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned session <br />and by published call with Chairman Gary Quandt presiding. <br /> <br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman, <br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and:'Tammie Stelk. None were <br />absent. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Abernethy. <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Minutes of January 19th meeting were accepted as received after motion by <br />Abernethy, seconded by Stelk to amend to add sentence':oh"3rdSi'Oak Property: <br />Abernethy felt should keep lot for future use of Grand Generation Center. <br />Abernethy,-Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Deputy County Attorney"Jerry Janulewicz was present. He presented resolution <br />to accept Sheriff's deed on Lot 5 Block 4 George Loan's Subdivision. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to adopt Resolution #1454 as present-' <br />ed. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, <br />none voted no. Atto~ney Janulewicz spoke and pre- <br />sented a resolution for consideration. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen, Fonner Park be operator in City <br />of Grand Island, contingent agreement made on satellites and -percentages. <br />Lengthy discussion followed. <br />Present during the Keno discussion were Grand Island Mayor Dobesh, City <br />Attorney Keith Sinor and Council member Todd Kehm; Three news media repres- <br />entatives, Attorney Mike Johnson, Attorney Ralph Bradley and 2 men and 1 woman, <br />(whose names were not stated). <br />
