<br />10:00 A.M. - Public hearing designateing certain laid out and platted
<br />public roads as county primary and secondaryAroads. Janulewicz,
<br />County Attorney, stated there were no appeals concerning the hearing.
<br />Frauen made motion, Quandt seconded to have the public hearing. On
<br />roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and
<br />Wright voted yes, none voted no. Dan Hostler, Public Works Director,
<br />spoke concerning these roads. No one else spoke, although there were
<br />several county citizens in the audience. Hartman made motion, seconded
<br />by Quandt to close the hearing. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Hartman made motion, seconded by Frauen to honor resolution #1448(Dec 22,1992)
<br />in designation of county roads. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to accept the County
<br />Treasurers miscellanous receipts as presented. On roll call vote
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted
<br />yes, none voted no.

<br />Bernie Shum, Kenneth Brandt and Wm N.{Paav)Detrick were interviewed
<br />individually by the board as to why they wanted to serve on the Veterans
<br />Service Board, to serve out the term of A C Scott Jr. Secret ballot
<br />was taken and Kenneth Brandt won in the taliy with 5 votes. Motion was
<br />made by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to appoint Kenneth Brandt to serve
<br />out the term of office. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Dan Hostler explained the bridge report to the board.
<br />
<br />McDermott-Miller representives Brad Fegley, Tami Hein and Curtis Griess,
<br />presented the audit financial report for 1991-92 audit, with some
<br />detail and explanation of certain areas of the report.
<br />
<br />The Audit Committee recommends the Hall County Board of
<br />Supervisors contract with McDermott and Miller for a
<br />three-year contract to conduct the audit of: the July 1,
<br />1992 to June 30, 1993 fiscal year for a charge of $15,400;
<br />the July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994 fiscal year for a charge
<br />of $16,20~; the July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995 fiscal year
<br />for a charge of $16,800 with the understanding there will be
<br />an additional fee for an in-depth audit.

<br />for the Audit Committee to contract with McDermott and Miller to
<br />conduct the county audit for the next three. years. On roll call vote

<br />yes, none voted no.
