<br />9'L/ ~-J. 3 t/7 <br /> <br />G' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION P;- / ~ tJ 1 <br /> <br />'-!! <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is <br />desirous of obtaining additional property for highway <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />improvement purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ball, State of Nebraska, has <br />successfully negotiated with Morgan M. Tyner, Karen Redrc1.o1 & <br /> <br />----------------~-------------- <br /> <br />~k~_______ for the sale by him of certain real estate <br />to be described in the followiong; and <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ball, State of Nebraska, is <br />empowered by the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement <br />purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD <br /> <br />OF SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on <br />behalf of Hall County, grantee, a warranty deed from <br /> <br />Morgan M. Tyner, Karen RSdrow & Mark Redraw <br /> <br />-----------------------------------------------------------, <br /> <br />grantor, to the following described real estate: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE 1/4) of section Twenty (20), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />All of the northerly Forty feet (40') of the said Northeast <br />Quarter (NE1/4) and all of the southerly Five feet (5') of <br />the northerly Forty Five feet (45') of the easterly 1251.32' <br />and containing 2.58 acres more or less of which 2.01 acres <br />more or less is presently occupied by county road Right-of- <br />Way. <br /> <br />for the purpose of providing additional lands <br />aforementioned Highway Improvements. <br /> <br />~ 1 !t: day of Ak~./ <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br />DATED THIS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />l o..",~ ~ :) . <br /> <br />-15-::; ~~1t <br />
